Returns

Elkadaya does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased from the Site is defective. Each product has different policies or requirements with them.

If you receive defective products:

Contact our Customer Support at (021) 531-606-56 or e-mail elkadaya@elkadaya.com and provide details of order, product and its defect. Claim shall be made within 2 days after the date of receipt
Upon receipt of the returned product, Elkadaya will fully examine the product and will give you confirmation immediately
